      Pros

      - Nice people make up 90% of the office - Fun and engaging environment - 9-5:30 that allows for a good work life balance - Wine tastings and free bagels every other Friday!!

      Cons

      - Some people come off a bit rude and self-important, unfortunately you might have to work with these people consistently - More effort needs to be made to train/empower people so that they can keep growing, this is important to keep young people engaged

      Pros

      The company is a fun place to work without too much hierarchy or politics to deal with. It is easy to get involved in projects and make suggestions. Direct Wines takes product education seriously, which only helps!

      Cons

      It is a fast paced and constantly changing environment. This won't suit everybody, but for those that it suits they can really thrive.
