Pros

Office, Location, Food, Equipment and nothing else

Cons

Disappointing, very bad unprofessional environment. While the company presents as creative and flexible, behavior crossed personal and professional boundaries — including frequent vaping w and abusive leadership from US bosses. Environment feels anxious all the time, everyday they want more and more. you can see them in reunions drinking. Many team members bluff about the crazy parties in front of the Medellin office and love talking about going off board, asking sick leaves because Hanover and act erratic. nobody would do anything, these behavior are allowed and promoted but the people that don’t do this are always getting more pressure to deliver more results.

Pros

The remote nature of the role provided flexibility and independence, and there was minimal micromanagement.

Cons

I am writing to share my professional experience with Direct Traffic Solutions. After 10 months (seeing a few Director level employees dismissed with no real cause and countless AE's), it became evident that the company's leadership culture and ethical standards did not align with my professional values. While I had hoped this would develop into a long-term position, senior leadership made it increasingly difficult to remain. In my nearly three decades in the workforce, never have I encountered an organization that operates with such disregard for moral and ethical integrity. Decision-making within the company is reactionary and lacks strategic direction. Accounts are frequently reassigned between account managers, often without warning or sufficient cause or transition planning. When immediate results are not produced, the account is reassigned again, only to repeat the process. The instability damages client trust and undermines long-term relationships, as customers prefer continuity and consistency. The challenges that plague DTS, stem largely from executive leadership's lack of industry experience and a deep understanding of brokerage operations. The recurring phase, "hire fast, fire faster" was often cited internally, a mindset that I fundamentally disagreed with and one of the key reasons for my departure.
