Pros
It feels like I made a difference. The work went from feeling inconsequential just a year ago to wow it really impacted everyone involved. Engaged and team environment. More qualified managers joined the company since the end of last year. This is one of those places where you can make an impact. If you have a problem, bring it to the manager. If you have a solution and it works, bring it to the manager and you can see your recommendation getting utilized and impacting other people in a good way.
Cons
The company a year ago was not an exciting place to work. Lack of structure, processes and quality managers made people, including myself, question whether to stick around. I'm glad I did, because we worked as a team to turn the ship around.
