Pros

They flew us out to LA for their Holiday party, which was pretty cool, and I had some celebrity sightings because the New York office shares space with Hot 97.

Cons

Some of the supervisors use the fact that they are friends with the CEO and there is no in-house HR department to abuse their power. They don't acknowledge when you stay HOURS late literally entering data from document to another. They don't respect the fact that sometimes, you CAN'T stay HOURS late because you have to catch a bus to see your family for the HOLIDAYS! They make up rules whenever they feel like it but these rules only apply to certain people and not to others. As a matter of fact, they don't follow their own rules. As a formality, they'll say "feel free to ask questions" but when you do, they'll give you dirty looks. They don't give you clear instructions on what needs to be done but they expect you to magically know how to do it.

Pros

A truly supportive, collaborative, and passionate team environment. I had the opportunity to learn across a wide range of media platforms and consistently felt encouraged and supported in my professional growth within the company.

Cons

Wish there were more team gatherings.

Pros

Small agency so you get to work in a bunch of different areas. Great opportunity to learn and grow your skill set in various types of media and different departments.

Cons

I wish they had the team attend more industry events
