      Pros

      1) Experience in Payment industry. 2) As there are no process in place we have freedom to do work the way we want.

      Cons

      1) Lack of training. 2) Chaotic work environment. 3) Miscommunication between different departments. 4) Poor salary compared to market rate. 5) It is not fun work environment as colleagues are not so social and friendly. 6) They treat you like resource than a person. 7) Many disgruntled former employees.

      Pros

      Great Pay, Owners are easy to talk to. They are always available to help us. company has a great management training program available.

      Cons

      Long hours. making phone calls is the worst part however you have to make calls in order to make money.
