Pros

It doesn't cost you anything but a roll of tape and the cost to print a few prepaid labels.

Cons

TOO GOOD TO BE TRUE, ITS A SCAM! DO NOT GIVE THEM YOUR INFORMATION, ITS AN IDENTITY THEFT SCHEME. I found the job offer in my spam folder when I was mass emailing employers looking for work. I assumed it had accidentally gone to spam, it happens. I accepted the offer to inspect product packages and forward them to the client and was promised $40 per package. They emailed an employment contract, basic info, and method payment form. I filled everything out then created my online account to communicate with my bosses and soon after the packages came and went. They give almost no instructions as to what your to do, just a quick email and the assumption everyone has loading dock experience. The work site has a "30 day free trial period" countdown ticker with a promise to mail your check every 30 days. 30 days came and soon after I could no longer log in, as if I never existed. It's been almost 3 weeks and I still haven't received my $520 check. They require you upload a copy of your legal ID, driver's license or passport. Seems harmless, needed to obtain a legal name and address for their records and your paycheck. More like another way to steal someone's identity. ITS A SCAM, THEY'RE PREDATORS!

Pros

Initially, this company was full of dreams and potential. In its heyday, it was great company ready to innovate, you really felt that your contribution made a difference.

Cons

The company turned toxic due to current events (at that time) affecting the mentality of certain key people within the company. Add to this the hiring of a new VP that completely changed the dynamics of department interactions. Where we were once a tight-knit group motivated to be the best in the industry (and for a while one can argue that we were), the new environment turned us into lifeless workers; producing and completing our work with little to no interaction with customers or other departments.
