      Pros

      Good product (aortic heart valve) and a lot of good people in the lower and mid-level positions. It was exciting to work on new technology.

      Cons

      Most of the good people are now gone due to now chance of advancement internally and not having the resource to do be able meet very aggressive and usually arbitrary deadlines.

      Pros

      Great team, salary, benefits. After you get trained and get used to your new job the work/life balance becomes good too.
