Great People, Team Oriented, Very open.

Growing Company so we do experiance some growing pains.

Working at Direct Business Lending has been a "blessing in disguise." It's not a your typical call center, were actually doing something that stands for a purpose. It's been so refreshing to learn business and learn the core value of helping small businesses form and obtain funding. There is allot of "science" behind starting up a business. Here we do the work and help passionate people accomplish their dreams. Its been inspiring to myself that I can do this myself too! After my career here, I will be starting up my own business and accomplishing my dreams.

Con's working here are minimal. Really don't have much criticism to say here, we are like a family unlike just another "employer." One thing I believe our hierarchy could work on is "goals" and staying true to their promises. There has been talk about advancing in new positions and pay, but those promises sometimes don't get fulfilled. Its discouraging when you have worked here for quite some time, and your someone that is driven to do better! I like to keep reaching for new achievements, its what motivates me to continue to strive. I know we have been growing and there is potential to grow here. More recognition should be in place to employee's that come in and make a difference everyday.
