I’ve consistently felt a sense of purpose from working at the brand, mainly because of the culture and the artistic background of all the scents and items here. Getting to educate the masses on the art of self pampering as well. Employee discount is amazing!
Cons
Deff would have the be the stress of trying to please so many people in a daily, my so much within the company but mainly our clients, they are needy and not always empathetic or patient.
