Awful Upper Management with no real experience in fragrance and beauty industry. Like ZERO-they think they’re going to reinvent the wheel and do not know what it means to be a LUXURY brand, it’s truly laughable. The only thing they care about is the bottom line-no thanks to the employees operating during the height of a pandemic nor do they give decent raises or bonuses of any kind.
