Lack of communication HR is just dumb and lazy. Refuses to actually help operationally Decisions are made top down but no one communicates it then you will be called incompetent because you didnt know. Absolutely NO TRAINING, not that they can anyway because management doesn't know how things actually work For a small office theres a lot of politics, manipulation and overall lack of unity. High turnover They will make whatever promises to you to get you in the door and neve live up to it making excuses along the way. They're also racist.
