Great products, innovative concepts and really beautifuly imagery and ideas.
Cons
Upper Management is a nightmare... they focus on the wrong things and don't take the time to teach someone or give any kind of feedback. They don't listen to anyone but themselves and if things go wrong then nobody talks about them....
