Pros
- room for advancement - fun company culture - Company is open to change - room to make a difference - I’m grateful for the opportunities I was given at Diply
Cons
- upper management historically focused on meeting department/personal goals, regardless of how that effects the entire company - big things are always promised, but very infrequently delivered on - lots of very bright people with lots to contribute at employee level, but their suggestions/concerns were rarely listened to - some people who are listened to don’t actually know what they’re talking about - culture is a boy’s club - Diply is Taylor’s baby. Taylor is a good guy, and he tried to put it in good hands by building out a massive executive team. But many of those people were either working in their own best interests (not the company’s) or were just straight up misaligned with what Diply was. The result was that Diply focused on the wrong things and missed some really great opportunities.
