      Pros

      Small, growing company which means there is a lot of opportunity for personal development and growth. Company is doing well and bringing on board varied and exciting business to work on. All senior management are approachable and willing to help if you have a query or want to learn more. Support teams (Operations, HR, Finance) work really well to keep things running smoothly.

      Cons

      Due to the nature of the business, it gets very busy at end of year which can make it tough to plan holiday time.

      Cons

      One of the executives was just not a good person. It might be a much better place because that executive is no longer with the firm.
