Pros

- Manager at the time was understanding and always tried her best to support us in face of difficult customers and were accommodating of shift requests made in time - Biweekly payment

Cons

- Capped service charge, you get a “trunk” which they claim to be service charge when in reality when you do your math the “trunk” stays the same monthly, which is nothing more than £1-1.5 per hour plus minimum wage, despite customers tip you hundreds by card sometimes and the high service charge of 15% which is way above London average - One of the owners sexually harassed / misconducted towards one of the staff members after he got drunk during one of the after-work socials at the restaurant, which no one reported - The same owner mentioned above made inappropriate comments on an underage female colleague - No incentives for work, the owner barely ever says anything good towards staff members or show appreciation, any announcements or speech made to us were always about pushing sales and making money - Stressful working environment which you don’t get paid enough for

Pros

Good Salary (24k as a Head Waiter for a small location, with 31 seats isn't bad) High profile restaurant, where you might meet famous ppl (i.e: Jake Gylenhaal, David Beckham, Mick Jagger, Daisy Ridley... just to name a couple of them)

Cons

Lot of expectations, Lot of stress High profile restaurant, where you have to behave FOR THE BRAND
