Pros
Very few, maybe the young ambience among the engineers and the different administrative teams.
Cons
Owner/CEO shouts, demeanors and insults people regularly, being yelled at is everyday practice in his office.
Interviews are always a nightmare for the interviewed person. I've seen people come out in tears from an interview with the CEO.
Pay is very low, the company is effectively ran by a plethora of engineering interns, doing tasks above way their grade and pay. Possibilities of growth are very limited, as there's very few positions of responsibility and it would take years to be promoted.
