More work again? No thanks... - Business Support Department Dimensions Employee Review

So much emphasis on using the correct language - worrying that this is all management have to contribute on these days. Senior management just fluff talk and waffle. Little to no presence unless for a photo/story opportunity for the weekly exec email. They rely on really good people to do the work so what value do they actually bring?? Too much delegation from management, no extra pay for these additional duties that eventually become expected of you. Redundancies and the work resulting from them is put on those remaining with no additional pay. Pay rise this year was so poor and completely unfair when taking into account all the extra responsibilities accumulated. Lots of systems are used. They are not good systems or user friendly. Messy policies, processes and procedures.
