Horrible leadership don’t know what they are doing or what they are hiring for. The organizational strategy is like a headless chicken, pivoting randomly and abruptly every few weeks! I was hired with big promises that I will be allowed to build my own consultancy within the company, be allowed to increase companies offerings but an year after dilly dallying I was instead let go and this was not the only promise that was broken. DO NOT FALL FOR THE RECRUITER TELLING YOU THEY ONLY HIRE STARS! They sure do hire good people only to ruin them with the worst possible organizational culture you can come across! The attrition rate is through the roof with people leaving the company all the time, most managers/VPs are always irate and yelling on others, nobody in the organization comes across as happy and satisfied everyone seems frustrated and overwhelmed! They have now decided to replace experienced expensive resources with cheaper inexperienced talent so ur job security will always be under question because u r always replaceable by someone cheaper. The culture is toxic and I won’t recommend working here unless u have no other job. Even if they pay u a bit better its not worth the mental torture, the constant worry about job security.
