Pros
small company makes a good ground for a fresher to learn about every task related to a BI project, you will get to learn a lot since you are the one doing almost everything.
Cons
salary is horrible compared to other companies, they pay really less to the actual consultants , in fact making it almost impossible for you to survive. nothing much to learn in the long run as the proprietary tool is the only thing to learn. there are no ladders for growth, you will end up in the same spot as you joined in regardless how many years you give to the company so if you have desire to get promoted or be someone someday then avoid working here unless you have no other option.
