Pros

None that I could think of.

Cons

I'm not sure if Melissa Chan still works there but when I was there during 2020, she didn't want to buy the coins from teller boxes to the vault when it became too heavy. Those boxes when full of coins are around 20-30lbs and many times we had to lift the boxes up to shoulder level. Her justification is that her tellers at her previous work place had $500,000 regularly at their stations. Currently as an engineer and looking back, this was very dangerous and certainly does not align with OSHA standards. I'm writing this review in case this is still happening.

Pros

Very positive and involved office culture, everyone is extremely willing to help you learn and grow.

Cons

The intern final project was restrictive in what we could work on and I feel that hurt my development.
