      • Gives opportunity to candidates with little/no experience • Work alongside several other college students and recent grads

      Cons

      • Unpaid • Poor management of work distribution (I ended up singlehandedly running multiple client accounts since manager wouldn't instruct my partner to step up) • Weeks of edits I was instructed to work for promotion of the company's podcast were never published, without reason given by manager • Rarely ever received beneficial feedback/critique of work performance and ways to improve • A month after finishing, nearly 85% of the content I published over multiple months across multiple accounts were deleted by the company's manager

      Pros

      Very flexible work environment, and open-ended feedback from supervisors in charge.

      Cons

      Project guidelines can seem a little ambiguous at times, and room to grow into a more full time position is non-existent.
