Dillistone Systems is a small business which provides a very niche software to the executive search market. Because there are only a handful of executive search software vendors out there, the opportunities of market expansion are great. Though the growth opportunity of the business is good, what makes this company really great is the people whom make it up... the team there is nothing shy of phenomenal. They are always concerned about the clients and about one another, too. And this is all because of the culture which the sr. management team values. Overall, this is a great place to work!

I suppose the compensation and benefits packages could be better. But, still, it's not THAT big of a deal given the employee's daily work experience.

Casual atmosphere, ease of access to upper management, good interpersonal relationships

Ease of access to management is only half the battle, and when management listens to neither its employees or its clients and, worse, teaches its employees not to listen to clients either. This is a 25 year old company that behaves like a start-up, but without any of the new thought processes in employee or client retention that go along with start-ups today.
