      Not many benefits that you can take advantage of.

      Cons

      They removed a lot of the funding, so in 2025 we had no staff Christmas party funded by the company and no annual bonus.

      Pros

      Relatively easy going, most staff friendly.

      Cons

      Little chance of progression, no chance of perfomance related pay, training is poor, poor management, virtually no incentives. They ask "what can we do better?", you make suggestions but they never act on them, especially paying lip service.
