      Great product, testing community and internal techies.

      Cons

      Awful management. The above response from the Managing Director is simply false. If required I can happily prove its all lies. Scary rate of staff turnover. Not even sure its at a legal percentage.

      great way to gain experience testing software.

      Cons

      Must be ready to test as soon as you receive the email about the project, if you wait all the defects will be found and you will find yourself staring at a website for hours trying to find defects that are unclaimed.
