This was one of the worst hiring experiences I have had. I was informed that I had been selected for the position and was asked not to join any other company or attend further interviews. Trusting this commitment, I postponed another confirmed offer and waited for the official offer letter. Despite repeated follow-ups with the HR team for several days, I received no clear response and no definite timeline for the offer release. The communication was extremely poor and showed a lack of professionalism and respect for the candidate's time and career. Because of this delay and uncertainty, I was put in a very difficult situation and risked losing other genuine opportunities. My advice to IT professionals: do not rely solely on verbal confirmation from this company until you receive a formal offer letter in writing. Continue attending interviews and keep other options open. I hope the company improves its recruitment process and treats candidates with greater transparency, accountability, and professionalism.

I'm a tenure employee of the company of 5.6yrs this how the company treating employee. They not paying my fnf and gravity amount from 10th February to till date 18th May. First they mentioned as payable amount, as I haven't received I raised request for release the amount later they changed into recovery amount. Even the amount they changed in less as payable amount. When I asked why remove they mentioned as payroll issue and system issue. know none of them are responding to calls and SMS or email. Even I contacted HR, HR manager and HR AVP and company 2nd Head CHRO. This is how the company treating a tenure employee
