      Pros

      Good for freshers. Good hikes on every year. Property insurance verification based,Product based application.

      Cons

      Alternate Saturday's are working day. Deadlines without any estimations. No proper estimations. No process for any development/testing work. Having only 1 and small product with only couple of clients. No respect to low/high experience guys from management. HR is like Rubber Stamp. Doesn't have even single rights on employees.
