Pros
High base salary for sales. This was just as well, because the commission rates were terrible and the product very hard to sell due to quality issues and market perception that TCS can't do product (and they'd be right).
Cons
If you read all the reviews, the one thing that stands out is the only positive reviews are from India-based employees. This was my experience, favouritism of Indians over locals, no cooperation with TCS services, unrealistic pricing against competitors given its limited functionality, CEO was a deal killer who always thought he knew better than anyone else, focus on gaining business partners when every candidate was a TCS competitor and hated Digitate for that reason.
