Great Internship, Horrible Full Time - Account Executive Digitas Employee Review

Too many people with their heads up their butts. So many undeserved egos and poorly trained management. People really care more about themselves than the good of the company. The atmosphere is not as friendly as you may think, lots of backstabbing and two faced people. The benefits are okay, but the balance between work and life is really skewed. You'll be there early in the morning to 6-7 at night on more weeks than not. Seriously understaffed and if you get a good team, thank the heavens. If not, get ready for a tough ride. The reviews on here that are cheery and upbeat are from the people on the 'in' crowd, the suck-ups, per se.
