Cool office, friday drinks, not a huge amount of pressure from management, good team of people
Cons
Almost annual redundancies (and usually a fairly high number). Complete lack of direction from senior management who have absolutely no idea what they are doing most of the time. Incredibly weak HR team. Zero benefits package - private health (which is a fairly basic benefit everywhere) is only available if you are director level or above. Very little consideration for anyone below that level. Senior management a closed shop unless you're one of the boys.
