Pros
Laid back culture. I've rarely worked 8 hours a day and still managed to become top contributor. It feels more like a social gathering than a workplace. Also a con actually Comp is not bad
Cons
0 competence across the board. From management to ICs, people don't know what they are doing. People get hired through connections. Big bro culture. Everyone is a loser from Nokia or some other loser company. Business is tanking because there's no identity to begin with.
