      Poor management facility, sordid washroom and kitchen area, poor ambiance and shoddy habit to interfere in employees personal life defines the company well.

      Pros

      Great camaraderie among colleagues and good leadership under the then creative director

      Cons

      - No HR - No POSH POLICY - CEO has trust issues - Horrible appraisals - More of a school and less of an office - NO sick leaves - They make you work on Christmas - They make you work overtime without pay - Office interiors are great but the washroom never has toilet paper. Water is not available all the time.
