Not alot really, probably a good opportunity to get exposure to stuff at the lower levels as there is little oversight and you will really be thrown in at the deep end. Dont stay too long you could end up bitter and negative,

Company is made up of lots of acquisitions. This results in lots of silos of people doing things "their" way. lots of "yes men" in the management chain. Big talk about budgets available for projects but the money is rarley made available
