      Pros

      - Amazing colleagues and team. - Fantastic WLB. - Technology is a bit old, but for java developers, it is very interesting to see how they have managed to squeeze out every bit of performance just plain old core java can give. - Smooth relocation process, even gave me 3 months of apartment when I moved to Stockholm. - Regular team activities and outings.

      Cons

      - The company and the product has been going a bit off path and there has been no clear direction or vision on where things are headed. - Been some layoffs recently.

      Product is technically advanced and well tested Very little competition on the market (mostly build-it-yourself)

      Cons

      Company hired me in April 2026 and let me go 7 months later. No warning, no PIP, nothing but enthusiasm for my performance all along. Completely unexpected and undeserved. After threatening a lawsuit, they changed my reason for termination from “poor performance” to “corporate layoff”.
