      Pros

      Product is technically advanced and well tested Very little competition on the market (mostly build-it-yourself)

      Cons

      Company hired me in April 2026 and let me go 7 months later. No warning, no PIP, nothing but enthusiasm for my performance all along. Completely unexpected and undeserved. After threatening a lawsuit, they changed my reason for termination from “poor performance” to “corporate layoff”.

      Right place, right time to scale and grow a great business. Very good, honest, humble and proud team.

      Growing with only cash from operations creates many challenges and limitations.

      Met some good people, 20 days of PTO, traveled to some great places.

      Cons

      OTE is solid but it's not a true $320k. Management is clueless and there's no cross-functional collaboration with the US team.
