The employees at the top management are bullies and they will drain you to the core. The interview process is so long and meaningless They overwork contractors and do not pay overtime There’s no career growth Your salary will increase if the CEO likes you, if you are not on his good side even if you perform well you won’t get an increament The company has meaningless meeting from morning to evening and you end up not doing your tasks for the day which ends up to be a problem

There's a steep learning curve, which is great for new employees looking to grow quickly. Direct involvement with senior leadership offers valuable experience. The communication style is generally professional.

Onboarding and training could be improved for new team members. The expectations for new hires can sometimes be high from the start. There were occasional delays in administrative processes, such as contract management. Meetings were often long and could be more efficient and accessible for all participants, especially new joiners.
