3yAs a company, we take very seriously the responsibility we have to protect our employees from any illegal retaliation, harassment, discrimination, or workplace hostility. When someone is accused of such things, we make a dedicated effort to ensure our leaders are treating employees well. While we will not comment openly about any particular investigations or individuals involved in an investigation, we do want people to understand that we have an environment in which nobody is "above the law", and when concerns are brought about such things, we investigate without partiality regardless of a person's position. We hope potential employees will understand this unfortunately means that over the years we've taken action in ways that may stir up some negative comments online from those who we hold accountable for their own actions. We do these things for the overall safety and well-being of our teams.
