DigitalOcean has taken the cloud hosting world by storm and the internal company environment has a ton to do with it. DigitalOcean is a company stuffed to the gills with incredibly talented and intelligent people. You will be inspired by your coworkers. DigitalOcean also takes a lot of care to ensure that employees feel happy and appreciated. Tons of fun company events, outings, and activities (we made tie dyed shirts a while back) keep you excited to come to the office. Additionally, original thinking is appreciated and you truly feel ownership of your work.
Cons
As with all company, there are growing pains when you scale quickly. However, DigitalOcean employees and management are constantly striving to build a better and better environment.
