We're definitely growing fast moving quickly, and that has two sides. On the positive side we offer really interesting, challenging work because of all the opportunity ahead of us. As you pointed out, that's rewarding because it creates ability to have impact at scale, and help our employees stretch themselves as they develop. Which is awesome! And the flip side, as you've also pointed is that we definitely need to be mindful of making sure all aspects of the business are moving as fast as we need to support our growth. That can be challenging at times but doing it right is always top of mind for us.
Thanks for reminding of that and sharing the feedback. We are absolutely and intentionally committed to growing in a healthy fashion - please help us make sure we are executing on that promise!
