8yThank you for this feedback. It is true that we are growing quickly and are no longer in the traditional "startup" phase of our lifecycle. I hope that's a good thing --- it means we are successful -- but it's certainly an evolution in how we manage the business. Hopefully we're still retaining the best parts of a smaller organization even at scale. We remain innovative and agile, and there's near unlimited ability to grow, develop and have impact even as the organization matures. Hopefully we are creating the right balance and offering the best of both worlds. Please give us continued feedback on where we are getting it right and where we have to iterate!
