Pros
DigitalGenius hires smart, motivated people and does a terrific job punching above its weight. The company's AI platform actually works, and customers are for the most part quite happy, and very willing to recommend it to others.
The founders are energetic and future-focused, with lots of ideas for transforming customer service in a humane, positive direction. The international nature of the team means lots of great collaboration between London and San Francisco. There's no shortage of energy and vision here.
Lots of "A" players in every department, which is great because it pushes me and everyone else to really up our game...!
Cons
Company struggles at times with 2 different work cultures in the UK and the US - needs some additional focus to make sure information is shared well and that everyone's well-aligned.
