      Pros

      Hands on experience with full stack development. This is an entry level position to give you experience. Decent healthcare and sick time.

      Cons

      No organization or structure at all. No training, just thrown in to sink or swim. Different instructors taught different material, making it very difficult to assist students when they were working outside of the given tech stack.

      It was fun to work with students and teach them how to code.

      Remote, rewarding work (teaching) students to learn how to code

      Cons

      When the company was bought out by a university system, they changed everything. Students aren't taught the same anymore and the quality has gone down.
