Not for people who like steady clear processes and lots of formal training. Responsibility can be stressful.

It was a pretty cool company, I thought. But now they have nice product so they grow and became very greedy Im afriad.

-they dont appreciate hard work -they dont pay for overtime -lots of nepotism -they get rid of their employees in very not cool way (ghosting etc.) -no support (specially during pandemic) -lots of workload and stress -you have to work on weekends sometimes -no perks -no raise and small bonus in 2020 because of pandemic (pandemic was only good for tv industry) -they underpay their staff -hr is a mess, if there is any hr -they ask people to go back to the office in Bradley Stoke (digital company :D) -they dont keep their word regarding yearly goals or training
