Pros
The company offers a great work life balance, with WFH options on Mondays and Fridays, plus the flexibility to work remotely as needed for personal circumstances or unexpected life events. The commission structure is one of the strongest I’ve seen in the market, which is a major motivator. There’s also a nice touch with regular incentives and work trips, both quarterly and annually. The environment is very trust based and autonomous, giving consultants the freedom to manage their own workflow. I can speak directly with Owners, Directors, and Managers whenever needed to address issues or ask for support. Boiler Room days are very successful as they help focus on BD but also allow you to share ideas with others on how to successfully win more business. We’re also equipped with company laptops and solid tools and software, which makes day to day work efficient and professional.
Cons
Working from home can be challenging for new consultants, especially when adjusting to a different way of planning and organising to stay productive. It’s a very different environment compared to other recruitment floors, and it can take real effort to "rip the plaster off" each day and get things moving. One potential improvement could be implementing a phone system that integrates with mobile devices for both incoming and outgoing calls. This way, clients and candidates can reach us without having direct access to our personal numbers. It would also be useful to have inbound calls routed to a shared system, so any team member can pick up and start a conversation, helping maintain momentum and create more opportunities for engagement.
