Amazing team of very committed people. Lots of support to learn and develop knowledge. Employees are very driven to provide excellent products and service to the clients.
Cons
Small enough company that rules, policies and salaries are not always distributed evenly and little advancement opportunity (due to very low turnover, so there are not a lot of open positions).
Great people to work with. They are intelligent, committed to their work and an all around nice group of people.
Very family oriented. If you needed time off for a family emergency you can get it.
Pretty good benefits.
Conservative company that values diversity.
The offices are in a lovely park with a stream and ducks.
Cons
The industry DTI sells to is having hard times right now (2009) which means DTI is having a hard time.
Communications between departments wasn't as good as it could be. There was a lot of duplication of effort between departments that could have been avoided.
The heating and cooling system in the building wasn't the greatest. Some places were either too warm or cold while others were too warm all the time.
Too many of offices have now windows so you are working in a beige box all day.
