Pros

There's a great group of people to work and survive with in an under par environment.

Cons

1. Work-life balance is non-existent as other comments mention. If you want to get away from everything else like your family, friends, and past time, then this is the place for you. 2. The condescending culture is practised a lot within the higher management making the executives, juniors, and seniors look low and replaceable. 3. When awards are won, when victories are achieved, mentions about it are kept to a minimum and sometimes not even acknowledged. But failures are highly advertised and remembered with name-calling, demotivating remarks, rude language and unnecessarily loud exclamations of shame. 4. They say you can go back when work is done, but it never gets done not becauce of the incompetency of workers, but the workload that comes. Refer to some of the comments where they say the company cares more about the clients than their own people because it is the mantra of the company. Clients come first at the expense of the sanity of the team. All teams are over-worked and have never expressed a happy remark about coming in to work. 5. There are compensations and rewards hidden behind a wall for serving more years. Not many people have even thought about wanting to get those rewards because the "rewards" are not even worth it for the mental and physical health you have to sacrifice. It's done solely to keep people in due to the increasing turnover rate and not to appreciate them. 6. Anger and frustration is a common feeling passed on from the top and flows to the bottom who have to soak it all in. It hardens you as a person but hurts you internally.

Let us start by saying that our yearly team satisfaction score has been consistently above 80%. In the last survey for 2023 we scored 85.2%, and yes our employee satisfaction surveys are anonymous. We normally don't reply however we think this is a one sided and highly unfair review. Let us address them point by point. 1. Yes, it's a demanding environment as mentioned by the other comments from people who have mainly left. We still have a good group of close to 50 competent team mates who mostly go back on time. About half of them have been with us for 3 years or more. 2. We are a flat organisation that practices open communication. Feedback is not sugar coated and is in the best interest of all. Yes, complacency and incompetence is replaceable. 3. Awards don't pay salaries, clients do. We don't practice name-calling or shame anyone with malice. If it did occur, there are multiple avenues both direct and anonymously to share your grievances. Following this review, we checked-in with the team and they were bewildered by such allegations. 4. Workload is relative, we use Click Up for task and load management - the data suggests otherwise. Less than 15% of our team mates are working beyond regular hours. This is why we emphasise the importance of tracking hours so we can make informed hiring and load balancing decisions based on hours tracked by team or individual. If you're working late, it's most likely due to feedback for poorly done work in the first place. Be fair, how many people are in the office past official working hours? How many continue working at home? 5. There is nothing wrong with rewarding those who have chosen to build a career with us. Yes you have to be mentally strong if you want to be part of a rewarding and fast paced environment. We clearly mention the demanding nature and KPIs during the interview process, we don't hide anything. Regardless, our turnover rate is low at approximately 11%, especially by industry standards. Take a look at the reviews of other agencies. 6. It's the nature of any flat organisation, we believe in working together to make things happen not let "wounds" fester with in-action. While we may voice our frustrations openly, we also provide a supportive environment to flourish in. Lastly, to anyone reading the reviews, take everything with a pinch of salt. For a fair picture, you're welcome to talk to anyone from the team. It's an option we offer to interviewees. Thank you.

Pros

As a fresh graduate, DS is a good place to start your career as you can learn a lot in a relatively short time. Company is more of a mid-sized setup, so you shouldn’t expect very structured processes or detailed handbooks for everything. That said, this also gives you more flexibility to explore, take initiative, and learn by doing. Performance is taken seriously here, which can be seen as both a challenge and a positive. Personally, I see it as a good thing because the work you do translates directly into real impact, rather than feeling like your efforts go unnoticed. The company is also open to new ideas and initiatives, as long as you can justify and convince stakeholders. This really depends on your own ability to think, communicate, and execute. The job scope can be quite niche and technical, which makes it a strong environment for fresh grads to build solid fundamentals, especially in terms of logic, problem-solving, and hard skills. The people here are generally very friendly, and there is a supportive environment where learning from mistakes is encouraged. As long as you are willing to learn and show improvement, the company does recognize and value your growth. It creates an environment where you feel supported rather than judged. Overall, I would recommend this company for fresh graduates who are willing to learn, take ownership, and grow in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment.

Cons

Workload can get quite heavy at times, and there may be occasional differences in working styles, but they are generally manageable. There can also be less structure at times, with processes or directions evolving along the way. However, management is generally open to discussion, so how you navigate and adapt to these situations largely depends on the individual. In addition, the job scope can be quite niche, which may limit exposure to broader areas, though it provides a strong opportunity to build deep expertise.
