Pros

Difficult to say, not much.

Cons

Toxic workplace, micromanagement and living in the past. Awkward environment, I really wouldn’t recommend to anyone.

Embracing diversity and inclusivity is important to us. We have more work to do but we’re moving forward

Pros

Pay is reasonable, work-life balance is promoted

Cons

The leadership team lacks substantial commercial and operational experience. This is evident in day to day execution. Decision making is reactive rather than strategic, with shifting priorities and frequent reversals that create confusion and instability. The company operates in silos and cross functional alignment is weak. Core business processes and governance structures are not clearly defined or consistently enforced, resulting in inefficiency and poor accountability. The organization was slow to recognize and respond to the impact of AI on the industry. Current efforts to adapt feel fragmented and lack a clear long term strategy.
