Very poor employer - Customer Service Representative Digital River Employee Review

Thank you very much for your feedback. We have a great mix of different nationalities and cultures in our office, with a supportive and friendly atmosphere. As a company we focus a great deal on employee development to support individuals growth and continued learning, both within their existing position and as part of their career path within Digital River. This includes individual development plans, role shadowing, lunch & learn sessions and interview training to prepare people for internally advertised positions when they arise. Over the past year we have also continued to invest in our Customer Service Team by adding additional team members, Supervisors and more improved support structures. With continued feedback from our employees we are continuing to work hard to maintain Digital River as a great place to work.
