Pros

Flexible schedule, relaxed work environment, honest employer. Elon is a pleasure to work for. I would work for him again in a heartbeat. This job is great for the person that needs a flexible schedule and some extra money in their pocket. It’s a small business though and requires some understanding of a small business.

Cons

Unconventional, work from home, small

Please if researching a job opportunity here...its now 2023 and Digi Rep is so close. Two things I need from you: 1) A fascination with the digital landscape and how it has changed EVERYTHING. I cant train this. You must want to profit from this technological revolution 2) You must have a love for small business. Its got to be in your blood (literally) If all I see on your resume is Target, Starbucks, and Walmart Im sorry this is not going to work. I still wish everyone the best. Thanks for stopping by.

Pros

When I started at Digital Reputation Management, we were merely working from the owner's home office. Now, a year later, the business has grown and has a fully functional office near downtown. Excellent place to work, but not for the faint of heart. To work in a small startup social media firm, you need to have focus, a tough skin, and to recognize and take responsibility for your role in the company. It's not a job where you can just "do what you're told," you have to take initiative and be proactive in your work. This is what I love about this place: I feel like an important asset. Plus, it's social media, so it's at the forefront of the culture-- really fun if you're into social media networking, business communication and staying up-to-date. Honestly the coolest job I have ever had.

Cons

Again if you don't have a strong work ethic or you don't have a thick skin, this job will not suit you.
