Pros

None. Do not under any circumstances accept an employment offer from this company.

Cons

The infantile bully who runs the company relies on threats and intimidation to get the results he wants instead of properly training his employees. I have never in the 25+ years of being a working adult been made to cry by my employer, but this callow man-child had me in tears on two different occasions in the three weeks I was unfortunate enough to be in his employ. He curses like a stevedore, drinks on the job, makes inappropriate comments about female employees' clothing, and talks poorly about clients and former employees behind their backs.

Pros

When I started at Digital Reputation Management, we were merely working from the owner's home office. Now, a year later, the business has grown and has a fully functional office near downtown. Excellent place to work, but not for the faint of heart. To work in a small startup social media firm, you need to have focus, a tough skin, and to recognize and take responsibility for your role in the company. It's not a job where you can just "do what you're told," you have to take initiative and be proactive in your work. This is what I love about this place: I feel like an important asset. Plus, it's social media, so it's at the forefront of the culture-- really fun if you're into social media networking, business communication and staying up-to-date. Honestly the coolest job I have ever had.

Cons

Again if you don't have a strong work ethic or you don't have a thick skin, this job will not suit you.
