Pros

- Company believes in full transparency, sharing performance, goals, and roadblocks - Despite everyone working from home, there is a definitive culture of support and knowledge sharing - The company strives for employee satisfaction as much as it strives for customer satisfaction - You are provided support (verbal and financial) to achieve your professional goals, whether that be learning new skillsets or obtaining certifications - The company is still small (growing, but small) so you have opportunities to interact with everyone, including the C-Suite - When you express your opinion, you feel like you are heard - While not for everyone, working from home is fantastic! I appreciate the additional flexibility it provides when considering the work/life balance - They are willing to invest in tools that make you better at what you do, and are always striving to find the best tools to help that much more - They are not afraid of admitting mistakes, but more importantly, they highlight what was gained from the mistake and how to move forward from it - Despite it's small size, the amount of quality work that DPI is able to produce across the board is remarkable - Ryan (CEO) and Tom (CSO) have a strong relationship with Marketo and are able to provide direct feedback to Marketo decision makers

Cons

- Avg salary is lower than comparable positions - Onboarding, while being improved currently, can be improved further to help employees (especially ones who have not worked from home before) transition into the new company, the new role, and the new working environment
